Service and website terms
Review version · 26 October 2026
This page is a draft for review. Qurtana's registered legal entity, final policies, service arrangements, and applicable contractual details must be confirmed. It is not a final legal policy or a substitute for a signed service agreement.
Purpose of this website
This review website explains Qurtana's proposed digital advertising, AI voice agent, workflow automation, and generative engine optimisation services. Descriptions and interactive examples are for discussion and assessment. They do not by themselves create an order, confirm availability, or establish a contractual service level.
Scope and pricing
Displayed package prices are indicative amounts in AED. Final scope, one-time setup, monthly management, usage rates, applicable VAT, and availability are confirmed in a written proposal before commitment. Advertising spend, telephony, AI minutes, messaging, premium applications, and other specified external use may be additional.
A written service order should identify the included activities, supported systems, usage allowances, exclusions, approval requirements, payment arrangements, and responsibilities of each party.
Demonstrations and outcomes
Website scenarios are illustrative. They do not place calls, create live customer records, or book appointments. No example is presented as a customer case study or a guarantee of enquiries, leads, appointments, revenue, or time savings.
Access, approvals, and business responsibility
Before a service begins, the parties need to agree permitted account access, approved business information, review responsibilities, budget and usage limits, escalation contacts, and acceptance tests. Clients remain responsible for their own service fulfilment and decisions outside the agreed managed scope.
Commitment and offboarding
The business brief proposes an initial 90-day standard term followed by monthly renewal with 30 days' notice. This is a proposed commercial approach, not a binding term accepted through this website. Pilots require their own written terms. Ownership, exports, account access, supplier limitations, and offboarding responsibilities must be documented before service starts.
Details still to confirm
- The contracting legal entity, governing arrangements, and final customer agreement.
- Billing, due dates, refunds, cancellation, renewal, and suspension conditions.
- Support coverage, escalation, service dependencies, and agreed response targets.
- Confidentiality, data processing, intellectual property, liability, and dispute provisions.
- The commercial and technical terms of any pilot or third-party service.
